Gold Ridge is a private equity and investment firm located in Charleston, South Carolina. We are focused on investments in micro cap companies with positive cash flow, valuations typically less than $10 million, and primarily located on the East Coast. We provide funding for acquisitions, growth capital and ownership changes. We partner with managers and owners who have significant resources committed to their businesses. Our investments are primarily in the form of convertible securities or debt with warrants.
In addition, we act as a business broker primarily representing buyers of businesses.
